Best vet care ever ! Everyone should have a wellness plan
I brought the dog I just received for inspection and vaccination. When I went to the hospital, they gave my dog four shots of vaccine twice, but they were all vaccines that the dog already had. I provided the dog's vaccine record and informed that only the rabies vaccine is missing! I think this hospital is not very good
This location has only been open for a couple days I am going to be coming here ongoing and switching from Wilsonville the staff and vet were extraordinary very helpful friendly and caring a definite joy
I took my Kitty here for her first vet visit and I was so nervous because my cat had never been outside of the house before and she’s scared of people she doesn’t know so I was freaking out about my cat being scared and traumatized. They are doing curbside pickup due to covid, and when I called when I got there and spoke with the vet assistant, I knew right away my cat would be in good hands. A few minutes later when she came outside to get my cat, she was so kind and gentle. After my cat got her blood drawn the doctor called me to let me know everything was negative and that they would be doing her vaccines. That’s when I went inside to pay and schedule the next appointment. The whole appointment took 30 minutes. They were so informative, went above and beyond to make not only my cat feel safe and comfortable, but also make me feel safe and comfortable. I have another appointment in 3 weeks to get my cat spayed and to get her the second round of vaccines. I will be using this vet from now on. Incredible people that you feel safe leaving your pet with!!! Also they completely waived the office visit fee (like $50) because it was my first visit.
Arrived a few minutes early for our appointment and the receptionist could not find our appointment. Somehow it was not scheduled correctly. Waited over 20 minutes for the receptionist to check with the doctor to see if we could make the appointment. Finally it was decided my pup could be taken care of. Hopefully her appointment will go well. This is the first time I have been so disappointed with their service on the intake.
