The team at Progress Ridge has been absolutely lovely to work with for the last year+ with our 3 pups. From responsive prescription refills, to thoughtful preventative care biopsies, we've felt well looked after. We've moved and are transitioning our care, and even in that process they've gone above and beyond to get us what we need to establish care locally. Special shoutout to Sarah on the team who has personally fielded a lot of our requests!

Every appointment we've made there for our puppy has either been postponed or altered (as in, realize they ran out of vaccine in the middle of the procedure). We had to reschedule due to an individual's pet emergency, which we understand completely, but it took us calling to come in to learn that. A few days later we had our own pet emergency and they couldn't fit us in. I hate critiquing businesses online, it gives the unfair impression that all the people working at this location are somehow guilty of all the issues I raise. Not so, they were all very kind and helpful, but the business itself failed us again and again, particularly in areas where they guaranteed their capabilities.

I have personally appreciated and liked the people of PG Banfield in our 1-2 years with them. But overall, unfortunately we haven't felt well taken care of at this location.nIn 4 different appointments with our pet, we had a different vet every time because they kept moving to other locations. We never felt like we could settle with a vet we really loved and trusted.nWe had a big dental surgery scheduled in the early summer, and after 10 hours of having our cat there we got a call saying they never did the surgery because of complications. That's fine, except that they said they'd schedule us a week later and actually scheduled us almost 2 months later. Come to find there was never anything scheduled by them after all this time. Also, this is after we were told by them that our cat appeared to have serious dental issues and it needed to be taken care of as soon as possible.nNice people, but honestly have not been reliable for us- overall very disappointing experience here. I'll be taking my cat elsewhere for her surgery and care.

If you know exactly what’s wrong with your pet, or you’re looking for a very specific treatment then you’ll find it here.nIf you’re looking for a knowledgeable diagnosis, or care that seems like the employees care about your pet, you’ll find much better elsewhere.nnUnfortunately for me, I’m locked in to this fee per month club with banfield, so I’ll be exploring others in the area.

Worst experience I have EVER encountered with a medical facility . Their lack of care and follow up caused my cat to go into hypoglycemic shock, ended up with him in an the emergency room with an over night stay. They handled the situation extremely unprofessional. They never return phone calls, nor document that you called . You have to continue to call before you get a response. I could go on and on! Do not trust this clinic with your animal. Nicole escalated the situation instead of making it better. She was awful to deal with. Her lack of Compassion and empathy and over all manager skills were absolutely embarrassing.
