I just took my cat here less than two weeks ago to be neutered, the experience went great... I schedule an appointment for this morning at 8:30am for my Dog who has a hematoma in his ear, I arrive inside and am asked if I even called to make an appointment, I then had to sit in the lobby for 25 minutes waiting to be seen, I’m sent into an office finally and there I wait another 10 minutes for a “doctor” to come tell me, “yup it’s a hematoma” hands me a paper with a “low end vs. high end” pricing sheet to show me pricing way over what I’ve been charged before, then dumps me off to an assistant who then asks to charge me $50 for “a consultation”. I’m appalled that this even happened and it’s the sign of shady business practices. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
I've been taking my cat Beebo to this clinic for 15 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They are super friendly, helpful, and supportive. They have always taken excellent care of Beebo throughout the years from neutering, shots, dental care, and surgery. I highly recommend West Oaks to anyone looking for a great veterinarian. They always answer the phone and get him in right away. I don't understand some of the reviews complaining about cost, I don't feel like they're pricey for any of the services they've done.

Have taken all my animals there thus far and they are perfect with them ❤
While this is not your cheapest option for pet care in the area, they provide excellent care. I certainly trust them more than other local vets, and they are more personable and willing to connect on a human level with owners. They truly respect that your pets are part of the family, and that often times, the situations that bring us to their business are traumatic and heartbreaking. They have always been compassionate to my furry and human family members
