They helped me pick out a floral arrangement that was in my budget. My girlfriend loved it, let me in from the dog house and my cats loved it so much they tried to eat it. Good times. Would definitely recommend.

Called to send flowers from out of state to a family friend in the hospital there. Clement was friendly & helpful. The receiver of the flowers loved them!nWhen sending from out of state go with a local florist! Family Florist did not disappoint.nTHANK YOU!

I called around 5:00 pm on Friday to see if I could order flowers or plant to be delivered for a funeral the next morning. I was not surprised when I was told it was too late for them to make that delivery. The very pleasant lady I spoke with seemed concerned and apologetic, stating she was sorry they couldn't help. I got a call back from her a short time later, saying if I hadn't found another option that the owner was willing to come in the next morning to make a special delivery. Even though I didn't take them up on the offer, I was so impressed with their kindness and above and beyond customer service. They will be my choice for florist services in the Fayetteville area.

Edit: I am being honest, I gave instructions on how to find the person, and informed the person I talked to that the recipient would not have their phone. It wasn't just finding a person among hundreds. Its track, it's not a huge deal and people are easy to find, especially with the direction I provided. I was polite, and even mentioned I knew this would be maybe a little outside of ordinary. It would have been maybe a little bit of extra effort, which is apparently too much to ask.nnI did call other shops, and they also refused. I was not happy with the service I received from any of them, yet I remained polite. I am sharing my experience, because I am not satisfied. The point of these reviews is just that.nnCalled to have a delivery set up for a location on campus. Rather than just set up the delivery with an address initially or online, I called first and tried to give specific details to avoid confusion (it was to be delivered to an open athletic event, meaning no admission fee etc.) I was refused service, I'm assuming because it would take a little bit of effort. I knew this was probably more than a normal delivery, but not unreasonable. I was polite, and offered as much help as needed to get everything accomplished. Still, I was turned down. It's extremely frustrating.
