So pleased with their service. We had a military burial. So impressed.

My mom called and someone called back and left a message but everytime my mom called the number noone answered and there was no way to leave a msg. She tried several times. Someone finally called again several days later and she was told the connection was bad. The man called her back again and said the same thing and would call her back and again it never happened. He never called back! She wanted to set this up for herself so her family didn't have to when that day came. By far, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE for this industry!! I wish I could give you a negative rating.

They give you prompt, compassionate customer service over the phone.nMy husband's ashes were delivered to my home afterward and respectfully placed in the box we had purchased. All part of the service.nThey even made sure the death certificate was signed by the doctor at the hospital where he passed away, and promptly filed with the Bureau of Vital Statistics.nI highly recommend these people.
