I've been using Eastside and Dr. France since my dogs were puppies. They have always been friendly and helpful. They provide all the options and let me know up front on cost and possible outcomes. I love knowing my fur babies are in good hands with them!
Took our Maltese puppy there as he wasnt feeling well. After leaving him there all day my wife called to see what they had found out....nothing...they said the could start blood work for $200. My wife refused and told them she would be by to get Bentley. She arrives to pick him up and they inform her its gonna be $70 for absolutely nothing. We pay the money and take him directly to Kittys and Canines...10 mins and $39 later they had him fixed up....his anal glands were stopped up causing him to feel terrible and act very strange. Love the people at this clinic! They saved two of our dogs. A few years ago our puppy contracted parvovirus and because of them she pulled through. Two days ago our new puppy got ran over, we took him to them and they worked their magic. He had a collapsed lung and they fixed him up. I can’t thank them enough for what they did. They genuinely care about the animals they deal with.
It is always great to go too. They really care about my cat. And answer all questions that you ask them.
Emily Robertson is simply the best! She is so kind and compassionate and has helped me with my dog after Dr. Sharp (South County Animal hospital) messed up her surgery
