I called in last week because my 11 year old dog was feeling very ill. They were able to get me in right away. Unfortunately, he didn't make it, but I can say that without a doubt this vet clinic is the best I have ever been to. They gave us all options and were open and honest in their communication even though it was hard to hear. A week later, we received a sympathy card with hand written personalized comments. This meant so much to us as a family. We will definitely be making this place our primary vet for our other pup family members.
Very friendly and caring service, would recommend to anyone with pets. They took very good care of my Buddy!
They are reasonably priced and seem to be very friendly. The Dr was very informative and took plenty of time to discuss my pet's issues/ treatment options. I will definitely return. They also use an online document system that is nice for reviewing my pet's records.
Right away I could tell this was going to be a different experience then the normal vet visit. From speaking with Courtney on the phone, she was extremely helpful and friendly, to the assistant that comes out to the car,( I apologize for not knowing his name) to Dr Founts himself, you can feel the compassion they have for animals. Anymore, vets care more about the money than the animal. Right away you will feel the difference. They truly care about your animals. I'm extremely happy to have found them!!!!!
Dr. Fouts has been our family vet forever and loved our girl Star for a long time treating her so special, respect and always making us feel like family. He always hit exactly on the head of the nail what was wrong with her even thought I was always pushing for the best specialist and going above and beyond taking her to him many times a month when she was sick. This man is truly one of the best vets around, I would go so far to say in the State. This is the only Dr of animal medicine I will ever see.nYou could not be in better hands then with this VET! Looking forward in returning home from overseas and seeing him again with our new addition of the family.nHe has a ton of knowledge and you could not find a better Doctor for your fur baby. From the Hamilton family, Tristian, Bonnie, our beloved Star, and her twin Mooney, We truly love you Dr. Fouts.nP.S. he is way to cheap, your prices need to go up for what you offer.
