My 7 year old lab mix, Ivan, suddenly had a seizure and I freaked out. I called and they said to bring him in and within 15 minutes they had checked him out and let me know his blood work didn’t show any problems but they would like to keep him overnight and do an IV for hydration and start some antibiotics and anti-seizure medicine. When I called this morning they assured me he was doing well and I could come get him. The best part of my experience with them was the nurse/vet tech that I dealt with. Niki was there when I dropped him off and when I picked him up. That made me feel very comfortable with leaving him with them and I know they cared for him very well. Thank you

I was disappointed just because it had a big city feel and after spending the money I did my dog still died hours later . Just bummed because I feel when u take your baby to hospital they should try harder to work with a person.

Brought them a kitten that was found injured. They charged for am exam and pain medicine but failed to notice the maggots that had eaten through her colon and were visible to anyone when we looked at her in the morning and had to have her put down. She was suffering 12 hours for no other reason than they wanted money for an exam they didn't obviously do

I worked for this place in 2007-2008. The management was pretty toxic at the time, but since then they have changed mgmt. Yes, this is a business. Emergency equipment is no joke expensive.nIf you are in the market for buying a pet, it's best to save up at least $2,000 for an emergency. Accidents happen, but to blame the emergency clinic for your situation is unfair. Yes, they have always been very upfront about how much services will cost, and yes, they are more expensive. It's an after-hours service. Just be glad that Ft Smith has a resource like this.

Transferring my fur baby from our primary vet to their care was seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly and caring for both myself and my Boxer dog. Their pricing is more than reasonable as well. I definitely recommend them!!
