Dr. Michelle..they’re so many great things about her that I can’t even begin to tell you about. She’s one of kind and treats her clients as friends and family. The one I love about her office is everyone is so amazing and friendly.

100% do not recommend! They are incompetent, unprofessional and don’t care about their customers!nnI have used this Vet 2 times. The first time was when we initially got our puppy and we had to do a vaccine round before we moved to Texas. During this they didn’t give her the correct order of shots and they refused to release her original health documents. Being new pet owners we didn’t think it was a big deal and moved on with our life. About 5 months ago my husband and I found out that we were moving to Hawaii we did everything we needed to get our dog to Hawaii at the same time we go there but we couldn’t fly her out of Texas so we drove her to my parents in Oregon. All they needed to do was get her a health certificate to fly and sign off on the Hawaii required health certificate. They gave us a really hard time and refused to serve us. Their customer service was horrible and their pet knowledge and knowledge of traveling pets was terrible. We had to go to another vet in order to do this.
