Dr. Summer Davis has an excellent experience including some of the lesser known food producing animals like dairy goats.
I was so disappointed today. I have always used this clinic and Dr. Mike has always been wonderful. But today I was in between pay checks and my dogs eye was swelling blood shot red. I didnt have the money upfront today to take her. We got turned away 2 times also my grandfather who has had credit there got turned away. I finally got the money loaned to me and I called for the appointment, they asked me twice over the phone if I had payment then again before they even looked at our dog made sure we had payment. I have never not paid a bill here or ever owed them money. I understand they have to be paid but arent vets suppose to care about the animal more then the money? It just makes me sad.
The service was good. Dr. Mike was great. Dr Trevor was helpful.
It isnt that I dislike them. I took my pup to them on a Wednesday and he died the following sunday. I had told the vet the shape my pup was in and common sence says the vet shld of had me bring him back in since the overnite stay didnt help him. I had expressed my concern and felt like he wasnt doing any better. Declining with every day. The doctor didnt act like there was anythg to worry abt. Even tho he went 3 days wo eating. And was having to syringe feed him water. He sure didnt try to go out of his way to save my baby.
