I don't like bad reviews, I don't. I have them in my business too. I ordered a flower arrangementnfromyouflowers.com. My total was $63...I wasn't expecting huge but a decent size arrangement. The fee from the website was $8, which meant they paid Fairytale Floral $55 for the smallest most disappointing arrangement. It was a normal coffee mug with some flowers.nIf I can figure out how to post the pics I will. Very disappointing. I am and have been in an industry based on customer service and quality and this came nowhere near quality or quantity!!!
What a wonderful, vibrant, quaint, and slightly kooky labyrinth of goodies the owner has cultivated here! Lovely to behold and even lovelier to participate (because you get flowers, of course), Fairytale Florals has something for most occasions. The again, when are flowers inappropriate?? Wonderfully accommodating and kind, the shop owner had a bundle of tulips elegantly arranged in a complementary glass vase ready for me in less than 5 minutes. I felt very welcome and he gladly entertained my wonderment with his work.nWill visit again, will recommend, will bring a friend, ten out of ten.
My husband visited the store Monday and placed an order to be delivered today (Thursday) before 10. They had left a voicemail at my office at 9:38 asking if I worked there but the delivery instructions stated the name of the office. The message wasn’t seen until almost 1 by me.So ruined the surprise. They never tried to deliver. They did bring them right down but looks like they were thrown together with two stems of flowers that were dark on the tips and should have been thrown away. In the middle of the bouquet was a short pick of cheap plastic/“silk” leaves. My husband sends the best flowers but this was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered. I hate it more for my husband.
My SO ordered a bouquet of flowers for me for our anniversary and I have to tell him every day how much I love them! I’ve gotten lots of different bouquets from other florists over the years for various occasions, but this bouquet is by far the most beautiful and best of the best in my opinion! The flowers are just gorgeous and so fresh, the arrangement is very well done, the bow is lovely, etc. I take the flowers with me if I spend time in another part of the house because I love looking at them! I hope all my praise has let my SO know to make Fairytale Florals his go-to florist from now on! Next time I need a florist, I’ll be calling FF!
Flowers were just left in the hallway of my Moms building with no call to her or me. Fortunately a nice person alerted her they were at the opposite end of the building. When I called the florist she simply stated they were too busy to make calls, texts or anything that would be called good customer service. Poor, poor customer service! I would be fired if I acted like that to a customer!!!! They don’t deserve one star but that’s the only way I can post this. Find another florist that cares about your business!!!
