Bouquet looked nothing like as advertised. Paid for delivery but the shop called the recipient and asked them to come pick it up. Extremely disappointed all around.

I ordered a floral arrangement with balloons, teddy bear, and a box of chocolates.nIt was delivered the same day, but the chocolates were not. I received a call from the floral shop and they delivered the box of chocolates to my daughter who just had my granddaughter, and my daughter called me to tell me they upsized the box of chocolates to her, and said the delivery man was very nice.nI'm very impressed with how this was handled. I understand things can get missed. They proved to go above and beyond. I will definitely buy flowers with them again.nThank you. ud83dudc96
I have been in the Florist business for years and I had a small event I was doing and when the previous owner had the Flower Shop she always was so helpful to getting me supplies I was needed so this new owner refused to sale to me today . I was shocked!!!!! I was paying full price for the supplies I was needing. I know lots of people that trade with this business and I’m sure they will be going elsewhere for now own !
I think North Hills Florist is an awesome shop. I got a gorgeous arrangement from them . I also had great customer service from a designer named Terri.
