DR.Nelson and his staff are excellent . We had an emergency with our old dog Cupid . We called and told them it was an emergency and less than an hour and a half we were seeing the doctor..and part of that was our drive to the office.. very respectful knowledgeable courteous and most of all caring for his patient and us..would recommend this office and staff highly.. and this was our first time there a new customer treated with the highest of service .. again thanks to Dr. Nelson and his staff...

My dog had an ACL injury and needed an orthopedic surgery. Dr. Nelson is well known for providing these services in Malvern and South Arkansas and it's wonderful that he is now also providing these services in Little Rock. Dr. Nelson is very knowledgeable and friendly, and his staff Wesley and Carla are so professional and kind. Little Rock is lucky to have this team providing veterinary care in the community.
