They love animals! I appreciated the clarity in how they talked to me about Luna (dog) and Moonie (cat). I definitely trust the staff, and the only issue I had was dealing with corporate about these health packages they sell. Without that mess Banfield in Little Rock would get a stellar review and a solid 5 stars!
Dr Travis was great. Compassionate and really cared for the well-being of my senior pet. Normally wouldn't visit this location but I was in town from Dallas, I would highly recommend Dr Travis to anyone
My bébé was given quick care. They were well informed and kind while diagnosing him.
I was very pleased with my service at Banfield in Little Rock, AR. I'm in expedite and my little furball and I travel the road. I was 20 miles out and passing threw town and I need to being him in for a routine butt expression and the ladies here at Banfield were really quick to get me in as I was on a limited time frame and needed to bring him in. I was finished in under 10 min. One more time thank you to the ladies at Banfield in Little Rock, AR! ❤
The staff is amazing! Dr. Lewis, Dr. Hudson, and Dr. Eddings always listen to every little concern I have and work to resolve it while keeping me updated every step of the way. The receptionists, assistants, and technicians are great at keeping me updated financially and explaining the treatment plan in depth step by step. Everyone greets my pets by name and make us feel welcome. The drop off appointments allow me to go run errands and give the staff ample time to tend to my pups needs. I also love being able to pay for the monthly Optimum Wellness Plan instead of spending an arm and a leg and pay for the office visit each time the pups are due for something. I recommend this hospital to all of the pet owners I know!
