I had a rabbit shipped in from across the country, and she had a respiratory issue. Not knowing any better at the time about rabbit respiratory issues, I took her here. They literally sat with me for all of maximum two minutes, then charged me $80 for absolutely nothing. No info, nothing. I've gone there - in a pinch - at other times to save an animal's life (livestock) when I couldn't get the meds i needed elsewhere and it's absolutely outrageously priced. Also bad advice on how to manage sheep, on a side note. Would not recommend. If you like spending ridiculous amounts of money to feel like you're treating roundworms more effectively because it costs more, this is a great place to go.
As a first time pet owner I had a lot of questions. Not only did they answer them but they gave me good RECOMMENDATIONS. They gave me super REASONABLE prices. This business is very FRIENDLY.
we picked up a dog in Texas to bring back to Maryland that was heavily pregnant and very skinny they got us and within minutes where no one had appointments for months. Was able to get Mama clear. Dr did X-ray to count pups told us he seen 7 expect 9 n she had 9 pups
We had to make a visit to Town and Country Vet because our vet was not available. She was vomiting, had diarrhea, and was dehydrated. She is 20 years old. I was very anxious and worried. I was met by a wonderful vet tech who was supportive of both me and our dog. It was so hot outside she graciously allowed my husband to come in also. She got busy caring for our dog, getting Dr. Kaughman in and he shared his plan of action. We had to take her back because of continued dehydration. There are not enough words to express how much their love of animals and their owners were expressed. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thanks to the whole crew!
The staff and the doctor are amazing!! And they care about you and your pet, just moved here 2 weeks ago and I'm so blessed to have found this vet!!!
