I called a little tearfully yesterday and wanted to send a happy to my sweet friend who has been like a sister for over twenty years. Your shop was so helpful. I needed my friend to know she was loved and just told the girl on the phone that my friend is in love with fall. I can't see her at this difficult time but wanted her to know she is loved. Y'all did not let me down. She loves them!
Absolutely beautiful arrangements! They do fantastic decorating as well. Joe did my wedding and, just from a description of what my dream wedding would be, he was able to put it together in a realistic budget. It was absolutely stunning! Took ALL of the worry out of it! I've been going there for going on 20+ years now and will keep going back!
Customer service is horrible. They were actually trying to get my recipient to come pick up her flowers from the shop, after I had paid the delivery fee! If you talk to miss Ashley about an issue, expect an apathetic and passive attitude. I took my business to colonial flowers there in Russellville. They also have BEAUTIFUL flowers and when I call, I was actually treated with care!
Pam was incredible to work with, even in this crazy social distancing environment. I wanted to do something special for my friend since I couldn't see her for her birthday, and the flower arrangement that was delivered blew my expectations out of the water
