Amazing, friendly staff, take great care of our dog when boarded.....I think he believes they are his second family.
They handled my pet with care and gave me time to ask questions, answering them with an easy to understand explanation.
We always have a great experience at Pleasant Hills. Their staff is very friendly and always make my pup feel like she is loved and special.
We are from Dallas and visiting Mena AR when our shitzhu was attacked by a bigger dog and his right eye was popped out of his socket (proptosis). We were there waiting for them to open at 7:30 but they opened early for us. They immediately took care of him. They called the surgeon to come in early and they took amazing care of him. They even charged us less than what their original quote was. They took such great care of our dog. I will always be thankful for the people at Pleasant Hills. They saved our dogs eye.
