First time bringing our dog to this vet. The staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely be back. Really liked that I received a reminder call before my pet's appointment.
The lady answering the phone was extremely rude to me. I never post reviews on people even if they seem to be having a bad day because I understand, but it was just unacceptable of her. I don’t know her name. I called and she put me on hold, then she hung up. So I called back and said it must’ve failed or they accidentally hung up and she was just so rude saying I wasn’t responding so she did hang up. Which is completely understandable but she did not have to be so rude when I called back so I said okay I’m sorry and ended the call. Maybe whoever reads this will have better luck and service but they definitely won’t be getting mine.
I love the staff and know all my fur babies receive the best care!
Dr Wright and staff take great care of my many four legged family members!
Their very clean and respectful environment and they took good care of my dog. Thanks and I will be returning..
