We have tried to use this flower shop for the past 2 years for my mother's birthday and neither time did we have a satisfactory outcome. The past year the arrangement received looked nothing like the arrangement we ordered and this year the shop was closed and did not take the proper measures to ensure the shop would not receive orders for that days delivery. I know things happen but the fact remains this has been our only 2 attempts at patronizing our local florist with very little satisfaction and absolutely no apology.
