My brother and I ordered a premium flower arrangement that cost $99 from your store because I was trying to shop local and give the local folks business. When the order was delivered and I received the picture of the actual flower arrangement, the flower arrangement/vase looked disappointing and embarrassing. I will never do business with petals and plants again nor will I recommend this florist shop to anyone. I called and spoke to someone at the shop. She stated that she added more roses and fillers along with different colored flowers (that were NOT in the photo on your website) because the shop was out of alstroemerias. No one ever called or emailed letting us know that the shop was out of certain things because at that point I would have changed my order. What was delivered was NOT what I ordered nor was it what was advertised on the website. Ridiculous !!!

I called in the middle of the Covid pandemic 2 days out from my Anniversary and was helped by these amazingly nice people. I was able to set up a dozen roses to be delivered to my wife at her work on our anniversary but then her work schedule changed the day before and she got that day off work so I scrambled and called petals & plants and these awesome folks immediately delivered them too my wife at work a day early! They were beautiful flowers that my wife loved and all her co-workers were jealous over! Amazing business ran my awesome & nice Employees who went the extra mile to help me show my wife how much I love her during “Covid”! I cannot say enough good things about them! I cannot recommend them strong enough! If you need flowers, plants, or small gift for a special occasion or any occasion this is the place to go! Great local business! Thank y’allnnSgt. I always have a good experience with Petals & Plants! They go above & beyond to make sure everything is just as I ordered and it is always delivered on time. Very helpful staff!
