I do my best to always use local businesses, but I am highly disappointed with the customer service, or lack there of and I will not use them again. My friend did not receive her sympathy flowers. I called last week and was told that I would get a call back and would be emailed a picture of the delivery location to confirm they went to the right house... no call. I called yesterday and was told I would get a call back yesterday no call...nYes I am upset because my friend did not receive the package but I am even more upset of the lack of care.
I live out of state and ordered flowers and snack basket for birthdays.nGreat quality and price. Recipients were pleased, and so was I.
