Got my wife flowers for valentines they turned brown and never opened up. I asked for another dozen didn’t think that was unreadable. Owner refused I will never use them again. Owner fell like it didn’t matter.

All my business has gone to this florist the past ten years but they can't deliver to a 71603 address for a special occasion.... So not impressed with the customer service and the woman answering the phone.
