I called Melbourne Florist asking about a floral arrangement for my granddaughters birthday which is October 30th. I talked with Pam the floral designer, she gave me ideas and sent pictures so I could see what kind of flowers and vases and other arrangements she had made. Her only concern was to please me and make me happy especially knowing how difficult it was to try and order since I was calling from another state. I even ended up ordering a candy bouquet also! She sent pictures when she was all done, and then they will be delivered today. Pam is exceptional, warm hearted and I didn’t make it easy with all my questions, but she continued to to be patient and friendly! Talking with her on the phone I felt like I had known her for years! Thank you Pam so very much! You made my day!
