I've had less-than-stellar experiences ordering flowers in Paragould, but I was happy with my experience with Paragould Flowers & Gifts. I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday to be delivered. I was concerned with no-contact delivery during the COVID-19 scare. The experience was pleasant and my mother was delighted with the delivery and the flowers. She sent me a video of the flowers and I was pleased with the arrangement that was delivered.

Someone there was so rude to my wife because she has a Mexican accent. Asking her where she was calling from, and if she was ordering for someone else; repeatedly questioning the legitimacy of the order before just refusing to accept an order from her at all saying “Yeah, we’re not going to do that.”.nSo rude, so disrespectful!

I live away from “home” aka Paragould now, and have not had good luck with online floral ordering for special occasions. I started calling Bren’s when I needed to send something, but when they closed I didn’t know where to turn. Insert Paragould Flower’s and Gifts. Their quality and customer service has been so good, I’ve actually converted several family members back in NEA to using them, as well. Highly recommend.
