Got my parents the cutest anniversary flower arrangement and it was beautiful!!
I wouldn't even give this place one star If it was an option! More like negative 5! I bought over 100 dollars in flowers on Valentines of 2020. I am STILL waiting on some flowers I purchased at 9am in the morning to be delivered to my home!!! Its 8:21PM!!!!! My wife doesn't even think I got her anything!! Very friendly and helpful. I had called another florist in town and they were very rude and not helpful. I decided to call Ballard’s and the lady from the start was so kind. I didn’t know what I wanted or what my options were to send my daughter something to school. The lady was patient and explained everything. My daughter is going to love it!
Nice super fast on the spot service and arrangements larger for price than anywhere else
I called Friday on Valentines Day to have flowers , ballon and candy delivered to my friends job, I was told twice that he would get them before he got off work, that didn’t happen, I paid good money, he got them 3 days later at wrk! And on the way to the car the ballon flew away !
