On Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at 11:21 am I called to place a order for over $1000.00 the woman answering the phone was not knowledgeable of any products. Those of you in need of flowers don't use this establishment what so whenever. I rather to to there competitor and shop there. If Terryvyhe owner you need to fix this situation immediately why you are losing customers.nShe hung up the phone and wouldn't answered the phone. Very rude and unprofessional staff. I will definitely tell my colleagues not to use The Arrangement in Hot Springs, Arkansas never. No stars Dr. Joe Uriegas

I called from out of state to order something for a dear friend’s memorial service I could not attend. The nicest lady answered the phone and was most sympathetic of my despair. She put me in touch with Terry, the designer. Talk about compassionate! He talked me through my sadness and came up with a design asking such helpful questions—“what was your friend like? What was her favorite color?” Then, bless him, he texted a photo of the piece he made. Outstanding, thoughtful, and understanding service. It could not have been a better experience! Karen Breton
