I live in another state and I attempted to send my mother flowers through their website but it kept crashing. I called the store/owner directly concerning the issue and a price change from the website and he kept directing me to call their website host administrator instead of just taking my order over the phone. Ordering flowers should not be that difficult for a professional florist..took my business elsewhere with no problems and they were happy to take my money.
I ordered a bouquet for my mum and requested a change in flower color, all via the website. My mother called saying that the bouquet was gorgeous and delivered by a very friendly smiling young man.nThank you Flowers and Home staff! I will definitely order flowers from you in the future.
This was, to say the least, a very fascinating place with a very friendly staff.
I won’t be buying flowers from here again. I ordered a bouquet with a group of friends to be delivered on a specific date and it was delayed by two days. We called and there was a misunderstanding, but the man that we talked to was very rude and started yelling. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but sadly this experience was very disappointing and worth going out of the way to write one.
