Great arrangement, delivered fast,very fairly priced
I placed my order late in the afternoon and it was delivered first thing the next morning. Excellent communication and customer service.
My order came with less than half of the flowers as shown on the website. Complete rip-off! I called to ask if there was some way that she can make it right. She then asked me the same question in return with a sarcastic tone. I responded with “ok, then can you send out more flowers to fill in all of the empty spaces?”. This is the point when she got really nasty, incredibly rude, and began saying insulting slander towards me. I was threatened that if I posted a review online that “it will come back to me”. She was completely unwilling to make it right. This was the worst customer service experience and the floral arrangement was not worth the price.
