Placed an order for a flower arrangement posted to their website. Once the order was finally made and picked up due to being so late delivery was not possible the order did not look like what was pictured. I truly understand when a supplier shorts customers that the substitutions have to be made. Granted my arrangement was not what I expected they were quickly able to give me a refund. I would use them again even though they had supplier issues. They were extremely friendly and prompt even though they were losing a sale. Excellent customer service and friendly people.

Ordered flowers from out of state to be delivered to a family member. The family member sent me a pic and some of the petals were already dying. It was a very pretty arrangement but I didnt feel I got what I paid for

After the beautiful Valentine's fresh arrangements that were delivered to my mother, you can image my utter shock/dismay and, ultimately, anger when I discovered that my recent fresh flower order had been changed to a silk arrangement by someone not paying for the flowers. I was not consulted prior to the change being made, and the word of a pathological liar was taken as gospel.nnI live out of town and had used 1800-Flowers to arrange the order. I was able to get a full refund when I complained through their website.nnI find it a complete shame that this happened as I was excited that there was a fresh place to order flowers rather than the same old tired shops that have been around forever. unfortunately, I will have to go elsewhere in the future for flowers.
