I made an order to be delivered and it was cancelled without notification. I called the store and sent Facebook messages with no response. A day after the order was supposed to be delivered, I finally get someone to answer the phone. The nice lady told me that the delivery address was out of their area. I let her know that that was all fine, but I haven't received ANY communication stating that. She let me know that they have a 3rd party that should have contacted me. I spoke to the 3rd party and they told me that someone from Accent should have called me. Long story short, I DIDN'T GET MY ORDER!!!! This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I would recommend to avoid purchasing flowers sight-unseen from this company. The arrangement shown on the website was MUCH larger and MUCH prettier than what was delivered. For $60 (NOT including delivery and other fees), I received a bouquet that was worth about $20 in my opinion (a similar arrangement would have cost $10 - $15 at Walmart). I emailed to complain about the purchase (as the phone was not answered when I tried to call) but have yet to receive a response. I gave them 2 stars because delivery was fast (about 4 hours after placing my order) and the arrangement was nice (just not a good value, and NOT representative of what was shown on the website).

I've done business with this shop many times over many years and have never been disappointed. They have great gifts and floral arrangements! You will be delighted! In response to other reviews listed, they did in fact ask me how much I wanted to spend and if that needed to include tax and delivery. My transaction was completed professionally and in a timely fashion. 5 stars for sure!!

Poor customer service. I called to complain about an arrangement I received because some of the flowers were drooping and broken The arrangement was just awful. I told the lady I didnt want them, just refund the money. Instead she sent another arrangement eventhough I told her to refund the money. I guess they needed the sale since the money was never refunded. I told the delivery guy what I told the lady, he went back and told her, I got irate with him, which was far from the truth. I called the shop and was told by the owner that her daughter made the arrangement and it looked good when it left the shop. I explained to her what it looked like when I got it, she got very defensive and hung the phone up on me.
