A family member of mine took their dog to this place because he started having a problem with drooling. We were confused with this and took him here to get him checked and we were told that he had dental problems. They took out many of his teeth in almost every appointment he went to which made him have trouble eating and chewing his food permanently. He was left with barely any teeth and was now starting to drool blood. His hair was also falling off and they told us it was because of the shampoo we used, but after buying and trying out multiple different shampoos, he was still getting worse after every appointment. After spending over a few thousand on medication and bills from the vet, i had recommended to my family that they take him to St. Francis Animal Hospital (i've been taking my dog and bunny there for the past 6 years). When we took him here we were told he had a infection in his bones that was on his jaw which explained the drooling and they told us that the infection had spread to his body which made him lose his hair. They also told us that his jaw was broken and that he had been in pain for over the last 2-3 years. They told us we only had 2 options which was to put him down or to get him into surgery but it wasn't even half guaranteed that the surgery would help at all because of how much the infection had spread. We made a difficult decision and chose to put him down. It's sad how this is something our family could've prevented if we had taken him to St. Francis Animal Hospital from the very beginning.

I have always taken my animals here, and I loved this place. So, I call and try to get an appointment for my daughter's cat. Apparently, since I have not been there since 2017, when they cremated my dog, I cannot be seen there anymore. My account is inactive....because quite frankly, I won't make a vet visit for myself, since I have no dog anymore. This is absurd, I've only ever been there...and if someone doesn't have another pet, for a few years, after one passes away....they might just call it inactive and goodbye!!! This is a huge bummer!

This place was super helpful with prices and details, I call around before I go to a place, and I have found this Vet super helpful with treatment and upselling. So I give it 5 stars.

Sincere. I can only pray my baby makes it thru this hard time.

Stay away. Office is not following pandemic protocols. They have so many clients, they don't need your business. Dr. Townsend is so busy she does not need to speak with owners during or after examination. None of my questions about new puppy answered. Even though I specifically asked to speak with vet. Staff hangs up on you or puts you on hold and is rude and confused.
