Dr. Myers and her team are the best! We had a tough situation with our dog Samson and the level of care and service was unmatched. In my 35 years of pet ownership and working with Veterinarians I have never experienced this level of care. I am a patron for life!
October 2019 we had a tumor the size of a skittle biopsied on our 7 year old boxer. We were told that this would be the first of many surgeries and that we should anticipate quality of life. This was extremely difficult for us to process. Our daughter suggested that we receive a second opinion from Dr Myers.nWe are so happy that we did! She examined our boxer thoroughly and sat with us explaining the procedure she would use to remover the tumor and shared that Rocky would be alright and should have a healthy future. Dr Myers was so kind to follow up with us to insure he was doing well. We are sincerely thankful for her and her compassion, professionalism, and skill.
It’s truly unfortunate but this office refuses to give a ball park number on what they charge to spay or neuter pets. I was informed if I pay the $60 dollar visit fee then they will disclose the cost of a spay. This is highly unprofessional especially since I informed the personnel that I just took my puppy to her current vet and could have records sent over. The personnel claims this is to avoid a bad google or yelp review that the person quoted was not charged what they were originally quoted prior to the animal being seen by a vet.nnIn today’s unpredictable economical climate due to Covid, people are cautious with their money more than ever which means diligent research of costs. If this office is going to charge a person $60 to acquire a quote on a service offered, I would say this is a very poor marketing strategy to fatten the pockets of the establishment. If a visit is required prior to a quote, offer free visits. No one should have to pay an establishment $60 to obtain pricing on one of the most common and sought after procedures. I find this act to be an insult on the local community that depends and relies on the close proximity of “care providers” for our beloved pets.nnDo right by your community!
Dr. Liz and her staff are by far the best. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. When you walk in it’s a family type atmosphere where you automatically feel like you are part of their family. Never once did I feel rushed, all my questions answered and I felt as if no one else mattered at that time. Dr. Liz had complete focus on myself and River(dog) nothing else mattered. She by far is the best .I highly recommend her and her staff. She’s extremely easy to talk to, a fantastic listener and truly knows what she’s talking about.
Super personal and professional. Our 11 year old Manx had a small cut on his foot and they were able to see us in by appointment on time a super careing. Will be or new vet for the rest of our prideud83dude38ud83dude38ud83dude38
