Not professional, both times coming to the clinic they had us wait over and hour in the car just because they mixed our number or name with some else. Both TIMES !!! That lack of customer care and time management is one of the worst I've seen thus far in a Bussines. Please find something better for you and your pet.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful.
My 13 year old cat became suddenly sick. Dr. Coolidge was so kind and caring when it was apparent that I had to say goodbye. Thank you to the entire staff for being so kind and caring during a horrible time.
Front desk is extremely rude. They forget customers pay for them to have a paycheck. Old or young front desk people here are the same with bad attitude and zero professionalism. Even the Vets are hit and miss with their care for the animals brought in.nnMy dogs have only been taken here for emergency causes that can’t wait to be done by my preferred vet Companion Clinic in VANCOUVER. Please don’t waste your money here if you can manage to go to a different clinic. It’s been a disappointment every single time.
