Dr. Garden was amazing as always on our most recent visit. Always so kind with our pets, and does a great job explaining everything I need to know. We had a wellness checkup times 2, along with an injury on one of the cats that Dr. Garden explained so well.nOffice staff did a great job explaining cost of services that day, as well as future services my cat would need - while also keeping my finances in mind and explaining the options I had along while taking into consideration the timeliness of when the procedure needed to be done.nI do not love taking my animals to the vet, but I do enjoy how easy Mt. Hood pet Medical makes the experience for my entire family - pets and people! I recommend this office to anyone I know needing a vet, or that has not had a positive experience and relationship with their current veterinarian office. 10 out of 10 - this office is by far the best!
They were exceptionally attentive and very professional. The techs, front lobby folks, and docs are all very kind and caring and it shows. They do as much as they can within their scope and explain each and every step thoroughly. They also will help you reach out and contact specialists as needed (as was our case recently). I will NOT be visiting another clinic beside this one if we can help it. They are very, very good at what they do. We’ve owned animals for 20+ years and this is one of the best vet experiences we’ve had out of at least 10 different clinics.
I really enjoyed my experience here. I got a fast call back when my dog was done being examined by the vet. We have switched from Companion Pet Clinic to Mt Hood Pet Medical and don't regret it at all! The receptionist, vet tech and veterinarian were all phenomenal and very kind as well as professional! I loved how they treat by dog and my dog loves going there to see them(They are friends to him haha). Overall just an amazing company!
Wouldn't take our pups anywhere else
Dr. Lachey has been seeing my little girl since she was 10 weeks old. She did her spay and just recently did her first dental as well as remove a cyst in her gum line and found 2 hidden molars that were removed. She did a great job with her and treats her like her own. All the medical staff at the clinic are truly wonderful and I couldn’t ask for a better team. They also have a fantastic pet plan which hands down is the best. Keep up the great work Mt. Hood Vet!
