I had an emergency with my dog and the appointment was very easy to get set up within reasonable time. They accommodated my old lady dog, both of us being stressed she had to have her own room, and they had no problem with that. They saw her right away I was able to take her home in less then an hour. Very helpful place, not too expensive for minimum care. Thank you Banfield!!
My dog has a collapsed trachea and was in need of seeing someone right away due to his continuous coughing. The only appointment they had available was a drop off appointment. It took him in, it TOOK over three and a half hours to see my dog and call me to come pick him up. They reported to me that because they didn't have his rabies on file they gave him a rabies shot and they were charging me for it and charging me for the needle!! They then charge me $35 for a prescription of seven pills, that you can find the exact same medicine online for a whole bottle for $45.nThey then charged me for the appointment as well. When I specifically just told them what he needed because they have seen him previous for this. Do not waste your time or money going to this establishment find some other vet clinic.nI can't believe how I was treated in the middle of a pandemic and a financial crisis, in our country being ripped off by them!!! Do NOT go to this clinic.

The vet was very nice and was great at discussing all our concerns. It was very quick and our dog was very comfortable with them. The pricing was good and the year long package is a great deal.
