This was my 1st time ordering flowers over the phone. The lady that took my order was very helpful & nice & and made my ordering experience great. I highly recommend this florist!

By far the best in the area! I am from out of state and need a talented dependable florist in my hometown. I have found one in Harts & Flowers. Big Beautiful bouquets delivered fast and no out of town surcharge as with some in the area. Very helpful and friendly on the phone which is so important. You will not be disappointed in using this florist as I plan to do in the future.

I live on the east coast and I wanted to send my stepmom some birthday flowers, but she lives in Arkansas. I ordered a teacup set bouquet online and called to keep up to date on the progress. The lady who spoke to me multiple times was really nice and accommodating. My stepmom loved the flowers and I was pleased as well (based on the pictures she sent me). Thank you!

Nice people but expensive
