Franks Hayes Animal Hospital

Today is not the first time I have used this animal clinic. All other times they have been outstanding. However, today is my first encounter with Dr. Kacie Kirby, DVM. My old cat is sick. I took him in. A young man came out to the waiting room to get him and informed me that I could not accompany my old cat into the exam room. The vet, Dr. Kirby, came to the door and told me that I was not allowed in the exam room while she examined my cat. She was condescending toward me and totally disrespectful and disingenuous as well. I’m an older woman, but I am not one to be cast aside the way this vet and her assistant were toward me. I left the building and had my son wait to bring my cat out and to pay the clinic. 2 months ago I was treated so well there, although by a different veterinarian, I was allowed inside the exam room with my cat and treated respectfully as I answered his questions about my cat. Today was totally the opposite with young Dr. Kirby. His follow up appointment is in one week with a different clinic in another town, this clinic said I was definitely allowed in the room with my cat while he is being examined. Makes me wonder how badly Dr. Kirby treated my cat when no one was around to see. Very frightening.

They're the most professional, caring people. Dr. Kirby is a very important part of my animal's healthy. Snake, Tommy, Flower and Jake love her to the moon and back.nThanks Dr. Kirby!

These people are great. Got my Dads dogs in for there shots some day. One of the dogs is not used to other people but they handled him great. Thank you!

Everyone was very friendly and they took great care of our sweet kitten ❤

Everyone was extremely nice. Even though we couldn't go inside, they took great care of my baby girl. They were gentle with her, and the vet came outside to talk to me. I'll definitely go back if needed.
