I was using a different vet clinic for years and years, but had to change because that clinic was too expensive. So I switched to Berryville Veterinary Clinic. I absolutely love this place and will never switch again. The Dr has called to explain stuff, the assistants and staff are always very professional, caring, and understanding. I honestly believe this is the least expensive place in the county.
They saved my cat from bobcat fever and let me make payments on the bill. They have my family's eternal gratitude and loyalty. Literally the best Veterinary clinic I've ever been to. They genuinely care about their patients.
Fast friendly service even during the pandemic. Made sure I was well informed and provided documents for me to follow to continued care. Very pleased overall. Would recommend them to anyone needing pet care
Dr.Sarah Buchanan is the best Veterinarian I could ever ask for .She is always there for My Emmalillee.Heart of Gold and so compassionate.She is our Hero.I Thank God for Her everday. I have to share my story. My friend found a puppy and posted pictures of her. My heart immediately connected and I wanted to see if it was possible to adopt her.nnHe ended up leaving her here which was important since she was malnourished and in need of assistance. I called to inquire about her on Day 1 and was told to check back within a week about updates and possible adoption.nnI called 2 days later. To my surprise she was already adopted out. I was very sad. I also found it strange that nobody ever contacted me even though I had left my information by phone and email. The receptionist (Ashley?) couldn’t have cared less about my dilemma.nnI’m sure this place is managed by professionals who care a lot about animals. I am just sad that I did all I could to express interest, yet that was ignored and she was adopted through their own network. Hoping the beautiful pup goes to people who will love her and give her all the attention she deserves.
