Osage Veterinary Clinic

Recently moved to the area. This Clinic came highly recommended, and I see why. They truly care for the animals and have a proactive approach to wellness. One of my dogs is in the later stages of life, and I feel confident in the care he will receive here.

I will tell anyone who listens what a wonderful place Osage is to take your pet. My 11 1/2 year old friend Dharma had suddenly become ill. We had awful experiences with the vet we had always used before. It made me nervous to go anywhere, but she needed care. I called Osage, explained the situation and they worked her in no question and they were clearly booked and busy. She began to get worse, and I called again to tell them, and they said come right then. She was brand new to them and they treated me and my dog like they'd always known us. They didn't charge me some astronomical amount and were more than accommodating and courteous in a difficult situation. They sent her home with medicine and instructions that were clear. They even called and checked on her. They answered all my questions and I never felt like they were irritated by it. They genuinely care. Unfortunately, my dogs time was up within a matter of days. As you can imagine, it was and still is beyond heartbreaking. She was my first dog, and I called to tell them, and you could hear the compassion over the phone. Even through that, their kindness and compassion didn't go unnoticed. What a blessing this group of people are caring for your pet. I don't even know how I can thank them enough. They worked her in, cared for her and showed such compassion with a new patient, even in her passing.nThey're truly amazing. Thank you Osage, all of you are a real blessing.

Due to my cat’s quality of life dropping at enormous speed, my original vet office that I usually take Bandit to was booked till Tuesday but I knew it could not wait due to his condition. The staff was very kind and professional that I felt very comfortable. I was able to come in the same day I called. I wished I had taken Bandit here from the get go! I made the difficult decision to put my little man to rest after 16.5 years. They made it very easy for my family. The vet was very kind. Thank you Osage.

I just had my dog's teeth cleaned here. We got a call saying everything went great no teeth needed to be extracted (we signed a paper saying we would be informed before any additional procedures were completed). When we went to make the payment the lady said our total was $100 more than expected because they had to do a minor tooth extraction. Seems like lack of communication, not very professional.
