My cousin received flowers from her sister for her birthday today. The bouquet was cute, but when she posted a picture of it on social media we figured out that they did not send what her sister had paid for. She paid over $100 for a large bouquet and a balloon. The bow was an extra $5. She received a small bouquet that looked nothing like the picture and no balloon. When her sister called customer service to complain they were rude and try to make the situation right. If it had been an honest mistake and they had tried their best to fix things, their review might have been better. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
My neighbor had to deliver them to my house. Our driveway is about a quarter mile long, my neighbor found the flowers on the ground next to our mailbox.
Ordered a LARGE bouquet for my daughter's 30th birthday. A SMALL bouquet was delivered -- the day AFTER her birthday!nnAnd they don't answer their phone -- it immediately over to voicemail. They don't even answer with their company name!
This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star but I had to click on something to even review. 2 different orders of flowers and they were both horrible. The first ones were rotting at the stem where it meets the rose bud and the second ones (a replacement for the moldy rotting ones) were delivered already wilting. On day 3 and they look like they are 3 weeks old. Better off going to Safeway. Don’t waste your money here. I posted some pics for your viewing pleasure. They are up above.
What a waste of garbage! They don’t even deserve a one star rating. Chocolate never came and for deluxe we get standard bouquet size, get charged $165 and flowers that wilted within 48hours. What sort of none sense is this!!!! Please people save your money and buy flowers at Safeway you’ll be better off with their quality and price :).
