Benton County Funeral Home

We are from Texas, although my mother lived in AR, we were in the process of bringing her home with us when she passed. We did not have resources in the area, and as non-residents, this funeral home could have easily said no to us (every other funeral home told us no due to us being from out of state). However Benton County Funeral Home stepped up and took care of my mother in the way my mother wanted to be cared for, and they also became a rock for us for any additional information we would need in taking care of my mom's final wishes. They are spot on with everything, and the staff is caring and friendly. They are very professional. This funeral home will make payment arrangements with you. The staff is caring and they understand people and their emotions during loss. If they worked with my husband and I, who are from Texas, they will work with a local family as well. I do not have the adequate words to thank Karla and the rest of the staff that I worked with for the attention and kindness they showed my family during this difficult time. Thank you so much for being honorable and gentle towards my mother. I can't even begin to express how much this means to me.

The home is very beautiful, and the way they handled my mother’s funeral despite COVID-19 was amazing. Karla was very helpful and truly one cool chick. Very helpful and the adaptability of this place was great. Hope we don’t have to return for awhile, though! Definitely would recommend.

The service was lovely. The home was open and nice. The only reason for 3 stars is their florist service. There were 3 family members that used the online service. As for us,it was embarrassing what was sent for the amount of money. As for the others,they were very dissatisfied.

I can’t begin to tell you what an amazing funeral home this is! They thought of everything to make it a beautiful goodbye!

Arrangement for the visitation I went to today was beautiful. Plenty of space for family & friends.
