My friend works there as a groomer

I am very particular about who takes care of my fur baby and I have never had anything less than a great experience here. From the front desk, boarding and the Doctors it is always a pleasant experience. They all truly love the animals they take care of.

I decided to go here due to the proximity of my home as well as the great reviews. I should have read the negative reviews better. They’re accurate.nBrought my dog in a couple of weeks ago to have her shots updated and her eye looked at due to watering and irritation. The first visit I was told she was fine and nothing to be concerned over. A week later she was not able to open her eye and the discharge was worse. I brought her up there again and left her for the day as the doctor was busy and she was considered a walk-in. This time they found a small scratch and gave her some ointment with the direction to leave her in a cone and come back in a week.nThe day before her appointment I notice what appeared to be skin falling out of her eye. In sheer panic I contacted the vet again and was told they would be closing in an hour and wouldn’t be able to see her but I could go to the emergency clinic. Not an ounce of concern was displayed. Mind you this is the same vet who told me she was fine the first visit. I should have known better.nAt this point I called another vet who saw her right away and pointed out to me that her eye was on the verge of rupturing and they could do a procedure right then if I was okay with it. I approved the procedure and now my baby is doing amazing and I couldn’t be happier!nnA pervious review pointed out they will keep you coming back for the $100 charge each time and THEY DID. I had to pay for both exams even though I was told she was fine. However the other clinic charged $100 for the exam, medicine and procedure. Not to mention the priceless concern and professionalism. Needless to say do not take your babies here if you value them. Please take them to All Pets! You will not be disappointed!

We have used this place a few times and have always had the same experience. I see lots of reviews about how excellent this place is and how great of a visit they had. Unfortunately We've never had a five star time. I understand that they were busy, but their staff/DRs should remember to be nice and courteous to all guest, not just their regulars. Also three different people were not wearing masks while waiting and no one was mandating they do so. Even some of the employees were walking around with masks pulled down. We will be finding a new vet after today.

I am just going to start off by saying , I love this place. Without them I wouldn't have known that my rabbit Oliver is a girl. This is by far my favorite vet clinic.
