Preeti, who I talked to was exceedingly helpful. Less wait time than other banks. It's a shame that HSBC has continued to close so many branches, really goes against their marketing tagline.

Had a great experience today at HSBC Brisbane. Phoenix was very friendly, patient and helpful. She helped me with my UK account, even though they’re technically separate companies.

Difficulty getting through to speak to anyone at branch, and then impossible to make out what they are saying. Hopeless

HSBC Customer Service support useless. Reported fraudulent activity on my account yesterday only to discover same fraudulent activity occuring again today.
