Very nice store, very friendly staff. Especially during the time of the Covid. I recommend to everyone.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this store. I came to get an accessory for my bike, and they showed me that one model, the special one. I said that clearly I don't mind paying the right price but I want it to work well. The model shown did not fit too well and when I asked if there were other models the Mr told me initially that he has but another color, and when I said that the color does not disturbing and I asked to see he told me that he has nothing else and that the one he showed me will do the job, it is made of leather and will take the desired shape. I decided to trust him and I said OK and he went to install it on my bike. At that time I hadn't paid yet. While I was waiting I looked around the store and found other models. I took a box in my hands to examine and the Mr appeared behind me and told me in an uplifted tone "what are you doing there ?!" (I am 36 years old so that alone is not a way of speaking to a client). When I asked him why he told me earlier that there are no other models when there is one, he replied / shouted at me "It's too late now" and that is all the same thing anyway and he doesn't want to waste his time so i have to tell him right away what i want to do. Besides, it was a weekday morning and I was the only customer in the store, so it's not because he was overwhelmed. I was speechless, I paid for the model he had already installed and I left. Once at home I discovered that it is synthetic and not leather, it has never taken the necessary shape and does not work well on the bike. So I had to buy another one. Since then I have been on the road and doing business with the Center de Velo de Mascouche and it is day and night, a professional team that treats their customers with respect. I do not know if the Mr who served me is a misogynist or if he had something that dragged from a tip which he wanted to get rid of at all costs but he certainly had neither the concern to advise / sell to the client something that neither works respect for talking to the customer.

They are non-negotiable on their used bike and above their business. Really sorry guys but that's what I found.
