This dealership goes above and beyond the call of duty. Étienne Lanthier saw me near St. Hubert Barbecue with my hood up. Not only did he stop to help and see what was wrong, but took the trouble to go all the way back to his dealership to bring back a booster pack when found out my battery was dead. He did all this with a smile. I cannot thank him enough for the trouble he took and this would really reflect on the quality of service and care you would get from Belvedere Nissan. They did not credit my $500 deposit upon closing the purchase contract. It was possibly the error of the new salesman (who is no longer there). The error was found months later by my accountant . It was corrected promptly by the financial department.
My LEAF is an excellent vehicle.
Disappointed with the pre-owned customer service here. I was promised a full tank of gas as part of the deal but when I picked up my car, not only were the sales representative and manager not there but the gas tank was almost empty. After several months, never received what I was promised.
