Very polite and helpful staff

I'm very disappointed with the service at Honda Casavant. They don't honor their words. Beware! We bought Honda Accord there. Before purchasing it we noticed annoying cracking, rattling noise from the back of the car and air leak from the driver's side door, and were promised by their sales person Jeff, that it will be fixed by Honda. We also have bumper to bumper Honda insurance which can't cover all this. The air leak. I asked them to fix that but they were telling me that it is not a problem. Then I search online and found that Honda has TSB for that issue. I showed them a link and only then they started to do something. One day they've repacked the isolation of the door - nothing. Another day changed the part of door outside panel - nothing. Their technician said that is all they can do. We were not able to reach sales rep Jeff about this two issues. When we called their reception they informed us that Jeff was transferred to another Honda Dealership. One year later we went there and asked to talk to the main manager. In his office he was not paying attention to us and showed disrespect twice. While we were explaining the situation someone interrupted us and the manager started to talk to that person like we were not there. Then when they finished to talk he was behaving as nothing had happened. I continued to explain the situation then a phone call, and again this manager picked it up and started to talk with a person on the line. We stood up and left his office. Then near our car he reached us. I told him that it is not appropriate the way he treat existing clients. I explained him that their sales person didn't keep his promise even though it is indicated in the contract. He told us that Jeff quit and never had been transferred. The whole conversation I felt like I was talking to the wall. That was our last Honda car, by the way. We've never had such annoying noise in any of our previous cars. I managed to fix the air leak myself. It comes from the passengers side door behind the driver not from the driver's door or isolation.

I recovered my car with the passenger bench, the carpet and the wet glove box. They had forgotten the open window and it was only later that I realized it. When I returned to see them the same day, they had the nerve to tell me that if I had arrived later I would not have realized it. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager didn't even come out of his office. A big lack of respect and professionalism on the part of Honda Casavant

Just WoW !! A whole team !! Serious service and attentive to its customers, truly incomparable, I suggest to all those who would like to be part of the Honda family go to St-hyacinthe thank you for their incredible service in such a short time 👍
