Called yesterday morning for a user vhs, I ask if an appointment is needed. I am told no come when you want.
I pass around 5.30 p.m., I see Mr. D, who is obviously very busy, and is devoid of any smile ...
the vhs is sold no problem, can we see another ...
after 7mn to spend together, a vhs which does not correspond to me at all, 2 or 3 other 3000a 4000 more than the budget that I mentioned to Mr. D.
His charming gentleman said to me "I don't know what's going on everyone's happening at the same time, I don't have time to take care of you right away, go for a walk in the park or come back later ...

I would like to point out that I have been a kia st hyacinthe customer since 2013 and I bought 2 new cars at this dealership.
Always good service .... but Mr. D, does not give the image of this concession.
The service was generally very good with the purchase of our new car, despite some periods of unforeseen waits. The service offered by Mrs. Marie-Claude Boileau, however, makes you forget these little flat moments and these five stars are entirely her own.
