Had a terrific experience with Velo ibike. I needed emergency repairs for my Cannondale shifter and cable assembly. They put my repairs on top priority and had me rolling again. Thanks for saving my cycling vacation.

I am starting to ride a road bike so I need some advice to make sure my second hand bike is in order. I've called twice for information about a part or maintenance and they answer me harshly, saying "come on, if I can't see the bike, I can't help you"! Funny, they were able to help me or answer my questions remotely when I subsequently contacted other businesses ... I had my bike serviced at the start of the season at this business and since then, my The gears are constantly skipping and my experience in guiding me through maintenance has been downright unpleasant when it comes to choosing parts and confirming repair needs. The person who "assisted" me showed me the choices and said to me, without further details or advice "I just present the choices to you, the choice is yours". In short, not as satisfied on the customer service side as on the repair side. They also stuck an ibike sticker on my bike without my consent. I find all of these incidents really deplorable after spending $ 500 with you.

Customer service left much to be desired. I was coming to buy parts for a bike that I was repairing and the salesperson who served me was very condescending and seemed more willing to wedge me against my knowledge of bike mechanics (which is very minimal), what good advise me and take the time to identify my needs.
