Deragon Ford

We were looking into getting a 4x4 pickup truck for our growing online store to move inventory and perform deliveries... but came across the AWD transit cargo van. We LOVE our extended cargo van (a far cry from our small SUV). The van came ready with panels and finished floor in the cargo area. We were also surprised by the amount of useful features that our van was equipped with: such as rain sensing wipers, auto headlight and high beam, wifi connectivity and auto update and niffty smart phone app that starts, locks and locates the truck. In comparison to our fully loaded Honda HRV the standard features in our Van puts it to shame. The low floor of our van and the clear-as-day led cargo lights makes loading and unloading easy. We have since installed shelves and a partition. We love our van. Picking up our van was a different experience. Picking up the van was complicated by needless hidden additions on the contract that was signed at pickup, reviewed and re-signed (had to return to re-sign the contract to remove the additional hidden charges - 1 hour drive to return to the dealership) and a large dent that was found at the rear door when we picked it up (they have since repaired it). As explained to the dealership that our van is always on the road performing deliveries and picking up inventory: Down time (while van was in the shop) was painful as the they gave us a small SUV as a replacement to perform deliveries: kind of reminded us why we got a cargo van in the first place. Fortunately, the downtime was short (2 days to repair) and was returned with a full tank of gas. I just bought a used audi s6 from their Deragon selection dealership. I drove over 300 kms to go pick it up. There were a few minor issues with the car and Guillaume the sales manager is such a gentleman and very serviceable and made the whole experience very easy for me and is assisting me, even on his vacation, with getting the car just perfect! I just want to thank Micheal Rainville for his excellent correspondence for our purchase of the 2015 Camaro convertible. We drove 750 plus kilometres to get this car. I was impressed with the service and honesty. Not to mention the car. Port Dover Ontario has another nice convertible cruising the north shore of Lake Erie. Thanks

Bought a truck. We were waiting for the confinement to end because they "couldn't process the paperwork" during the quarantine. All friendly until they sold it to someone else. Called everyday, they wouldn't pick up the phone... Go deragon Ford...

Clearly Mr. Pierre Deragon and his business are booming, how nice it would be to see Ford and Company contribute transportation vehicle for local school food projects, after all, all your clients are local and everyone eats, be nice to see Ford take local action and be leaders in cultivating change
