Terrible service. We tried to book 4-5 trailers. We contacted Lake VR several months in advance. Employees never answered our calls or text messages. We tried to finalize the reservation for several weeks. Finally, they changed a contract already signed to give us a trailer much smaller than we had booked. They lost a business opportunity with a family of 60 people.
